Our regular walks take place on the last Wednesday of every month, each one being between 5 and 8 miles and they can be classified as easy or moderate in difficulty. We usually share cars to travel from Thornton.

In the spring and summer months extra walks may be arranged.

All our walks are described in the newsletter and details of the arrangements are emailed to members on a contacts list.

We are a friendly group which welcomes new members. Many friendships have been made and new places discovered in the years since the group was formed in 2011.

There are annual Walking Holidays. In recent years we have visited the Lake District and the Yorkshire Coast.
